當關心華教份子都希望1102董總特大能為「新紀元學院風波」劃下休止符時，不料特大結果猶如打開潘朵拉盒子，後續的演變跳出理性框架，訴諸情緒和人身攻擊的字眼，相信不是董總領導層乃至廣大華社願意看到的局面。
董總領導人一直強調集體領導和民主程序，但在少數服從多數，多數尊重少數的原則下，先甭說家長、學生或教職員是否屬少數，但新院家長和學生在特大後成立的捍委會，教職員繼續通過媒體喊話，在在說明了這些「主要利益關係人」的聲音未獲正視，也不被尊重。
基于此點，這些主要利益關係人不得不想方設法，高調地表達他們在風波未徹底解決前，留住院長柯嘉遜的訴求，包括廣邀華團、青年團體、大學生組織、文教機構、家長、新紀元學院贊助人共同出席「救救新院」匯報會，齊為風波作出評價，
很多雪隆以外的家長，如今也感到疑惑，也急于了解新院風波來龍去脈。據理解，檳城、霹靂、馬六甲和柔佛都會有家長、華教人士包巴士前來出席匯報會。
無論如何，匯報會的課題不應該只圍繞在續聘院長與否的課題上，其他由行政層或董事會所提出的課題都應該明確給予交代，例如學院首次申請升格大學被拒、學院財務狀況、新校地問題等等，同時董理事長、院長乃至主任級的權限都應給予明確說明。
過往種種被挑起的問題，若無法讓主要利益關係人獲得合理的答覆，即便明年1月1日由新院長掌舵，問題依然存在，所產生的餘波，前車可鑑。
不論風波在何種情況下平息，如今對新院的傷害可謂體無完膚，雙方無論多麼不滿彼此所發出的言論，都應避免人身攻擊、互揭瘡疤，克制情緒性的言論。
新院已過了10年艱苦奮鬥期，原本應該在未來10年享有甜蜜收成期，若風波繼續惡化，新院未來的十載必然掉入黑暗期。

華校一直以來都培育不少的人才。當中也有培育出了不少的“民族”。對他們的培育-無私。但是他們對華校的回報-做不了什麽東西。就算現在要把華校給関掉，他們學過中文的，能做是什麽呢？不能，沒有辦法！反而卻讓他們多會了一個文化。這樣的情況，好處會在誰哪裏？
澳洲總統曾經對回教人士說過
”這裡是澳洲，我們的母語是英語，我們多數人信奉主耶穌。我們不強逼你們跟我們信奉耶酥，但是你們要尊重我們。這裡是我們的領土。你們不學英文，不要想在這裡混。我們尊重你們的選擇，但是如果你要過來澳洲模擬也必須尊重我們。否則，你可以選擇我們另外一個提供的優惠，就是你隨時可以離開“
他們說這些話，他們又那個實力和勢力來靠自己。同樣的，這裡的領袖也說過這些話，但是卻是多麽的刺耳。實力和勢力其實都是靠啥的呢？
在外國地方，雖然也有部分有宗族歧視。但是，他們對國家的每一個子民都公平，公正的對待，絕對不會有什麽的”土族“優惠。
所謂的”土族“優惠其實是給每個國家的最少數名族的優惠。
大馬是個例外的國家，優惠是讓給最多宗族的國家。
華校是否有一片天，其實真的幾乎是零。
能做的就是做好本分。別讓”人家“逮到什麽機會！！
